Role Description
As a Junior Business Development Executive at Teknowgrade Pvt Ltd, you will support the growth of our learning solutions by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. In this full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, you will research potential clients, generate leads through outreach, and assist in managing the sales pipeline. You will engage with prospective learners, partners, and corporate clients via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and present our offerings. The role includes assisting in preparing proposals, maintaining account records, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and providing regular updates and reports on business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and pursue potential clients or partners.
  • Solid understanding of Business and basic sales processes, including pipeline management and opportunity tracking.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for outreach, presentations, and relationship building.
  • Ability to support Account Management activities, including follow-ups, client coordination, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
  • Proactive, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in edtech, professional training, or career development services is an advantage.
