Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, sales coordination, and supporting business expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and market research
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline
- Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and present company solutions
- Schedule meetings, product demos, or calls for senior sales team members
- Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions & opportunities in CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in handling outbound sales and client conversations
- Basic understanding of sales processes and business development concepts
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and email platforms (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a target-driven mindset
