Key Responsibilities:
Cold outreach (calls + visits):Call prospective businesses, explain BharatGo, and book demos/meetings.
Field Sales:Visit retailers, D2C startups, local businesses and entrepreneurs directly to pitch BharatGo and close deals.
Expos & Events:Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and business events; visit stalls, engage business owners, and convert them into customers.
Product Demos & Closures:Deliver compelling demos (online or in-person) and take prospects through the full sales funnel to closure.
Free-to-Paid Conversion:Engage free-plan or trial users, resolve queries, and upgrade them to paid subscriptions.
Customer Relationship Building:Maintain strong post-sale relationships to increase usage, renewals, and upsells.
Reporting & Targets:Track daily outreach, demos, conversions, and maintain pipeline in Excel or CRM.
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and paid user targets.
Requirements:
14 years of experience in sales (SaaS / SMB / retail tech).
Proven skills in cold calling, customer convincing, and closing deals.
Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
