At Smart Homes, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the luxury furniture, modular kitchen, sanitary ware, soft furnishings and lighting industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with premium clientele and foster long-term relationships
- Generate high-quality leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Meet and collaborate with architects & interior designers to showcase our products
- Develop and implement strategic sales forecasts and commercial relationships
- Sell with a consultative approach, ensuring premium experiences for clients
- Identify new business opportunities through research and networking
- Pitch proposals & presentations to senior management and key decision-makers
- Maximize revenue growth while staying aligned with company values
- Drive negotiations & close high-value deals
- Maintain exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail
- Be highly energetic, proactive, and results-driven
- Network at industry events to build lasting business relationships
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business development for luxury interior products
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- A self-starter mindset with a make things happen attitude
- Strong proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
- Ability to work both independently & within a team
- Comfortable with high phone engagement calling and networking are key!
- Two-wheeler mandatory for easy client visits
