Overview
We're hiring a BDE to manage warm inbound demand, qualify prospects, and drive them toward a clear decision either by booking them into a sales call (with a closer/founder) or closing directly (if you have that capability).
These are not random leads. Prospects have already engaged with our brand and content, and many have paid or taken a high-intent step to speak to us.
Your job is to move warm intent into revenue, with speed, clarity, and strong follow-up.

We're a fast-scaling private consulting/coaching business doing 80L1.5Cr/month, selling premium outcomes to serious buyers.

Now we want a BDE who can qualify hard, follow up smart, and keep the pipeline moving daily.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
You'll be responsible for:
1) Lead Handling + Speed to Lead- Respond to inbound leads quickly (DMs, WhatsApp, forms, paid-call requests)
- Run short discovery conversations to understand goals + urgency
- Ensure high show rate through confirmation + reminders
2) Qualification + Pre-Call Conditioning- Qualify leads on:
- problem severity + readiness
- budget range
- decision-making authority (self / spouse involvement)
- urgency + timeline
- Pre-frame the call so prospects show up ready to decide (not just exploring)
3) Booking + Calendar Ownership- Book qualified leads into sales calls with correct scheduling + details
- Reduce no-shows via follow-up, reschedules, and commitment checks
- Maintain clean calendar coordination with the sales team
4) Follow-ups That Convert- Follow up with:
- no-shows
- need to think
- spouse decision
- price resistance
- past-burned prospects
- Use structured follow-up sequences to recover revenue
5) CRM + Reporting- Update CRM daily: lead stage, notes, objections, next steps
- Track conversion metrics (lead booked showed closed)
- Share insights: what prospects are saying, where drop-offs happen, what objections repeat
6) Support Sales Process Improvement- Give feedback on scripts, lead quality, and funnel friction points
- Help improve show rate, qualification, and pipeline conversion
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Speed-to-lead response time
- Booking rate (qualified lead booked call)
- Show rate (booked attended)
- Follow-up conversion rate
- Revenue influence (calls set that convert OR direct closes)
