Job Opportunity: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Senior BDE
Location: CES, Hyderabad
Shift: Night Shift (Starting from 4 PM IST)

Hiring Business Development Executives (BDE) and Senior BDEs to join our high-performing sales team in Hyderabad. We are looking for ambitious professionals with a strong track record in inside sales targeting the North American market, particularly in Oracle, SAP, and Infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities:
5 to 8 years of proven experience in inside sales/business development for the USA market
Mandatory experience in lead generation for Oracle, SAP, and Infrastructure services
Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
Generate leads and schedule meetings via cold calling, emailing, and outbound prospecting
Set up qualified appointments for Sales Managers and Practice Heads
Perform account research, identify key stakeholders, and create interest
Maintain and expand a strong pipeline of potential leads in your assigned territory
Strong phone presence and ability to handle a high volume of calls daily
Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms
Excellent in time management, prioritization, and multitasking
