Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern at Itsprelude. The selected candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client outreach, relationship building, and supporting business growth initiatives. The role involves identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, scheduling meetings, maintaining follow-ups, and assisting the sales team in expanding business opportunities.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world sales processes, client communication, and business development strategies in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods
  • Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups
  • Maintain CRM records and daily activity updates
  • Support business growth and outreach campaigns
  • Contribute to improving sales and lead generation strategies

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and Client Communication
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Basic understanding of digital services such as Web Development, Social Media Management, and Branding is a plus
  • Prior experience in outreach, lead generation, or sales is an added advantage
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
