Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Upwork Specialist)

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat (On-site only)

Job Type: Full-time ,5 days working

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and apply to relevant projects on Upwork with tailored proposals
  • Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach
  • Understand client requirements through calls and messages
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to align solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and build long-term client relationships
  • Track daily activities such as proposals, responses, and conversions

Requirements

  • 1.5 to 5 years of experience in IT sales or business development
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and lead generation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience working with international clients (US/UK/AU preferred)
  • Basic understanding of web and software development services
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage
