Job Title:Business Development Executive (BDE , IT Recruitment )

Location: Remote

Industry: IT / Non-IT Recruitment & Staffing

Experience: 6 months -2 Years (Flexible based on profile)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-drivenBusiness Development Executive (BDE)to manage client interactions, generate new business opportunities, coordinate recruitment feedback for IT & Non-IT profiles, and support invoicing activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in client relationship management and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1) Client Interaction & Coordination

  • Act as a single point of contact for clients regardingIT & Non-IT recruitment requirements
  • Share candidate profiles with clients andfollow up for interview feedback
  • Communicate client feedback clearly and promptly to the internal recruitment team
  • Maintain healthy and long-term relationships with existing clients

2) Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Generatenew client leadsthrough calls, emails, LinkedIn, job portals, and networking
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into active clients
  • Maintain and update client and lead databases regularly
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with potential clients

3) Documentation & Invoicing Support

  • Prepare and maintainclient invoices, billing documents, and MIS reports
  • Ensure timely sharing of invoices and follow-ups for payments
  • Coordinate with finance/accounts team for invoice accuracy and closure

4) Reporting & Process Support

  • Track client feedback, interview status, and closures
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, clients, feedback, and revenue
  • Support management with data related to business growth and recruitment performance

5) Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or any relevant field
  • Experience inIT / Non-IT recruitment sales or staffing industry(preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Email communication, and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

6) Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Experience in staffing, consultancy, or recruitment firms
  • Knowledge of billing cycles and client invoicing
  • Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Job Portals / Apollo
