We are looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Ads Specialist who can own our paid LinkedIn strategy end-to-end and consistently generate high-quality B2B leads in markets like US, Middle East (KSA, UAE,QATAR), and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, manage, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Lead Gen, Traffic, Conversion, Message Ads, Carousel Ads).
  • Own the entire LinkedIn Ads funnel audience targeting creatives copy landing pages lead quality CPL optimization.
  • Build and refine ICP-based targeting (job titles, seniority, industries, company size, ABM accounts).
  • Continuously test ad formats, creatives, messaging, and CTAs to improve performance.
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and CRM integrations.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPL, CVR, ROAS) and present weekly/monthly reports.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Suggest improvements to landing pages, creatives, and messaging based on data insights.
  • Stay updated with LinkedIn Ads platform changes and best practices.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads for B2B companies.
  • Strong experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or consulting.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Lead Gen Forms
  • Matched Audiences & ABM
  • Conversion tracking & insights
  • Ability to manage monthly ad budgets efficiently and optimize CPL.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics.
  • Excellent English communication skills (ad copy + reporting).

Good to Have

  • Experience targeting US, KSA, UAE, and Europe markets.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience collaborating with designers and content teams.
  • Exposure to other paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus.
