Job Description:We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for a remote position.
This role strictly requires hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Candidates without prior Sales Navigator experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate qualified leads strictly using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Perform prospecting, account research, and decision-maker identification via Sales Navigator
- Execute cold outreach through LinkedIn and email
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Schedule meetings and convert leads into business opportunities
- Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handover
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):- Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Must)
- Experience in B2B lead generation and sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Laptop, stable internet connection, and self-discipline for remote work
Preferred Skills:- Experience in IT services / software / digital marketing sales
- Knowledge of email automation and cold outreach tools
- Experience handling international clients
