We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for a remote position.

This role strictly requires hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Candidates without prior Sales Navigator experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate qualified leads strictly using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Perform prospecting, account research, and decision-maker identification via Sales Navigator
  • Execute cold outreach through LinkedIn and email
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Schedule meetings and convert leads into business opportunities
  • Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM
  • Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handover
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
  • Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Must)
  • Experience in B2B lead generation and sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
  • Laptop, stable internet connection, and self-discipline for remote work
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in IT services / software / digital marketing sales
  • Knowledge of email automation and cold outreach tools
  • Experience handling international clients
