Job Description

Job Purpose:

To drive new business growth for Azilen in the UK and European markets by leading outbound, consultative sales of Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, and AI/Data/Cloud services. This role owns the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to closurewhile building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and positioning Azilen as a trusted technology partner.

Who You Are:

1.International IT Services Sales Professional

  • 5+ years of proven experience in selling software services, IT consulting, or product engineering services to international clients.
  • Experience selling into UK and/or European markets is a strong advantage.

2.Consultative Sales Expert

Strong ability to understand business challenges, map them to technology-led solutions, and articulate value propositions around:

  • Product Engineering
  • Digital Transformation
  • AI / Data / Cloud / Automation (preferred)

3.Outbound & Account-Based Seller

  • Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting, account-based selling, cold outreach, discovery calls, and deal qualification.
  • Comfortable owning the funnel from first conversation to closure.

4. Sales Strategy & Pipeline Ownership

  • Ability to plan and execute territory-specific sales strategies, manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and meet growth targets.

5.Market Research & Opportunity Identification

  • Skilled in identifying target accounts, researching industries, understanding buyer personas, and crafting personalized outreach strategies.

6.Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Experience engaging with CXOs, Founders, Heads of Engineering, Product, or Digital across client organizations.

7.Communication & Negotiation Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to run discovery calls, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations across cultures and geographies.

8.Independent & Accountable

  • Self-driven mindset with the ability to manage territories independently while collaborating closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams.

Specific skill set if any:

To drive new business acquisition and revenue growth

Understanding for Product Engineering & Digital Services across the UK and European markets

Experience with proactive, consultative, and outbound-led sales efforts and building long-term client relationships

Owning the sales cycle end-to-end, and positioning Azilen as a trusted technology partner.

Bonus Points - if prior experience selling Salesforce Services, solutions for BFSI or general work exposure in UK and EU.
