Job Description

The key purpose of this role is to profitably grow by onboarding new clients, growing existing accounts and ensuring timely collections

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunting
  • Generate market intelligence for allocated territories, including competitor activities and business trends.
  • Identify, approach, and convert new customers and channel partners.
  • Build a strong partner infrastructure, including onboarding partners with dedicated vehicles and terminals.
  • Farming
  • Ensure organic growth and retention of existing customers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer operations and delivery.
  • Collections
  • Manage DSO and ensure timely collection of receivables.
  • Resolve pending invoices and client-related financial discrepancies.

Education

  • Essential: Graduation in any field
  • Desirable: Post-graduation in any field

Skills

  • Essential:
    • B2B Sales / Key Account Management / Business Development
    • Strong negotiation skills; ability to influence decision makers
    • Market combing skillsidentifying prospects through cold calling
    • Account management expert
Experience

  • Essential:
    • 14 years in Corporate Sales / Retail Sales / Direct Sales
    • Preferably from Logistics, Express Cargo industry
Other Requirements

  • Essential:
    • Personal vehicle (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong geographical knowledge
  • Desirable:
    • Knowledge of regional language
