Key Responsibilities
- Hunting
- Generate market intelligence for allocated territories, including competitor activities and business trends.
- Identify, approach, and convert new customers and channel partners.
- Build a strong partner infrastructure, including onboarding partners with dedicated vehicles and terminals.
- Farming
- Ensure organic growth and retention of existing customers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer operations and delivery.
- Collections
- Manage DSO and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Resolve pending invoices and client-related financial discrepancies.

Education
- Essential: Graduation in any field
- Desirable: Post-graduation in any field
Skills- Essential:
- B2B Sales / Key Account Management / Business Development
- Strong negotiation skills; ability to influence decision makers
- Market combing skillsidentifying prospects through cold calling

Experience- Essential:
- 14 years in Corporate Sales / Retail Sales / Direct Sales
- Preferably from Logistics, Express Cargo industry
Other Requirements- Essential:
- Personal vehicle (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong geographical knowledge
