Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions aligned with company offerings.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and consistent follow-ups.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments.

Key Skills Required :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales / business developent.
  • Negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales roles
