Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring motivated Business Development Managers to handle incoming leads, conduct counselling calls, and guide students toward joining our training programs.

Your responsibility is to ensure every student receives proper information, follow-up, and support until the admission process is completed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle warm leads provided through TeleCRM
  • Conduct counselling calls and explain course details clearly
  • Schedule and conduct Zoom counselling sessions when needed
  • Maintain proper follow-ups and timely communication
  • Update all call notes, follow-up schedules, and lead status in TeleCRM
  • Build trust with students & parents and guide them in choosing the right program
  • Attend daily review meetings and share progress reports
  • Coordinate with telecallers, marketing, and onboarding teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / BDE / Tele-sales / Admissions
  • Strong communication skills (English, Telugu)
  • Good negotiation and counselling skills
  • Must have a laptop and stable WiFi
  • Experience using CRM tools (TeleCRM/LeadSquared) is an advantage
  • Comfortable working in a structured system and reporting daily

Working Hours

  • 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • 1 hour break included
  • Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days
