Key Responsibilities
- Talking to warm leads (no cold-calling hell here we have 90,000+ curious humans waiting for us!)
- Understanding parents and students learning needs (think: part counsellor, part detective)
- Pitching personalised learning plans like a pro because one-size-fits-none here
- Coordinating with the academic & operations teams to ensure demo classes run smoothly
- Following up, negotiating, and converting interest into enrolments
- Keeping your pipeline, CRM, and daily reports squeaky clean and up-to-date
You'll Be Great At This If You
- Are you a people person, like, genuinely love chatting, understanding, and helping
- Can explain anything to anyone, a 10-year-old kid or their 40-year-old parent
- Are target-driven and get a dopamine hit every time someone says Yes!
- Have basic sales instincts or internship experience (but if not, we'll train you up!)
- Can handle a little chaos, a lot of calls, and still show up with energy every day
Bonus If You
- Have worked in an edtech/sales/support/counselling role before
- Speak any regional language in addition to English and Hindi (we're global, baby!)
- Can crack a joke on a sales call without making it weird
