Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in New Delhi.

Most business development roles are about volume like sending a thousand templated emails and hoping for a bite. This is not that role.

At Anuation, we don't need a corporate megaphone or a polished representative to recite a brochure. We are looking for a sharp, intellectually curious strategist who can sit across from cross-border innovators, general counsels, and tech leaders, understand their vision, and bring them into our ecosystem.

We need a closer who takes absolute, fierce accountability for the clients they onboard, someone who owns the relationship from the first handshake to the final delivery, making themselves indispensable to both our clients and our firm.

The Mandate (What you will actually own)

  • Architect the Onboarding Experience: You are the gateway. You will identify global companies navigating complex IP landscapes, engage them in substantive technical dialogue, and seamlessly transition them from prospects to deeply integrated partners.
  • Master the In and Out: You don't just close a deal and walk away. You own the client lifecycle. You will map their ongoing needs, translate their technical challenges to our engineering and patent teams, and ensure our execution matches your promise.
  • Ditch the Script for Strategy: Every tech domain is different. You will dive into diverse industry landscapes from biotech innovations to high-tech software diagnosing friction points and engineering bespoke legal-technical solutions that make commercial sense.
  • Protect and Grow the Portfolio: You will be the trusted custodian of our international relationships. By managing accounts with high emotional intelligence and sharp business acumen, you ensure long-term retention and organic expansion.
