Job Description

Hiring Business Development Executive– Corporate Business Development (Onsite | Noida)

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Compensation: ₹4–6 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives (Negotiable for the Right Candidate)

About the Role

Trainify360 is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to accelerate the growth of our corporate training and workforce development business.

This role is ideal for professionals who have experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, consultative selling, or business development and are passionate about building client relationships and closing deals.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, understanding business challenges, and positioning customized learning and development solutions that create measurable impact for organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across industries.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers including HR leaders, Learning & Development heads, Talent Management professionals, and business leaders.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, discovery discussions, and solution presentations.
  • Develop a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and market research.
  • Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and client information in CRM systems.
  • Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and account expansion opportunities.

Candidate Profile
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, business development, enterprise sales, account management, or consultative selling.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
