Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive for a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will proactively strategize to achieve business development targets and contribute to the company's expansion efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Must have experience in end to end B2B sales
  • Strong knowledge of Business strategies and Account Management
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and sustain client relationships
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the technology or digital transformation industry is an advantage
