Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining existing client relationships, and managing accounts effectively. The Business Development Executive will actively communicate with prospective and current clients to align solutions with their business goals while driving growth and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Strong expertise in Business strategies and Account Management to nurture long-term client relationships
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and present solutions with clarity
  • Experience in sales strategy, negotiation and meeting or exceeding quotas is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape is an added advantage
  • Proven ability to deliver results and meet deadlines
