Role OverviewWe are building our core in-house sales team and looking for individuals who can drive outbound efforts, generate qualified opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
This role focuses on client acquisition for AI Agents & automation solutions, working closely with the founder and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Sales Execution- Execute 50100 daily touchpoints via LinkedIn, Email, and Cold Calling
- Prospect and engage decision-makers across target industries
- Build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
2. Target Market Focus- Real Estate
- Travel & Hospitality
- Solar & Local Service Businesses
3. Discovery & Qualification- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements
- Identify pain points and qualify opportunities
- Position AI & automation solutions based on business impact
4. Product Demonstration Support- Coordinate or assist in demos of:
- AI Voice Agents (inbound/outbound)
- Lead generation & qualification systems
- Appointment booking & automation workflows
5. Pipeline & CRM Management- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Track follow-ups, conversions, and deal progress
- Ensure consistent movement of leads through the funnel
Who You Are- Strong communicator with confidence in client-facing conversations
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting
- Basic understanding of sales processes and B2B environments
- Curious about AI, automation, and digital solutions
- Self-driven and accountable for targets
Requirements- 15 years of experience in B2B Sales / SaaS / Lead Generation / Agency Sales
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is a plus
- Good English communication (verbal & written)
- Ability to work from Gurugram office (or hybrid setup)
- Rotational or flexible shifts (US/UK/AUS)
