Role Description

We are seeking a Freelance Business Development Executive for a full-time remote role. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and building long-term business relationships. This role will involve developing strategic plans to drive business growth, collaborating with internal teams to support client goals, and conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and emerging trends.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure new opportunities in diverse markets
  • Proficiency in Business operations and Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and effective service delivery
  • Strong Communication skills to build relationships, negotiate deals, and collaborate with clients and team members
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup while maintaining productivity and accountability
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management is a strong asset
  • Familiarity with AI solutions, sales automation, or training and hiring industries is a plus
