About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive with over 1 year of experience in lead generation, B2B outreach, and building strong business relationships. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with various lead generation tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to pitch services effectively to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other platforms.
- Use lead generation tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, etc. to build high-quality prospect lists.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and decision-makers.
Business Development
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
- Pitch company services confidently to prospects through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.
- Understand client requirements and propose relevant solutions to match their business needs.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with qualified leads.
Client Presentations & Proposals
- Create and deliver tailored presentations to showcase company services.
- Prepare customized proposals and business decks based on client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and compelling documentation.
CRM & Reporting
- Track and manage client communication, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and outcomes.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on outreach performance and lead conversion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales (B2B preferred).
- Strong experience using lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to pitch services effectively and deliver professional presentations.
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify and approach decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT, recruitment, SaaS, manufacturing, FMCG or professional services industry.
- Understanding of sales funnels, outreach automation tools, and CRM systems.
- Ability to create engaging LinkedIn posts and manage outreach campaigns.
