This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) based in Surat. The BDE will identify and develop new business opportunities while building and nurturing relationships with clients and partners. Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, networking, and managing client engagement to achieve sales targets. The BDE will collaborate with internal teams to strategize and execute growth initiatives aligned with Leela Arts mission and goals.

• Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Ability to conduct Market Research, Strategy Development, and Lead Generation
• Strong Problem-Solving and Negotiation abilities
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in CRM Tools, Data Analysis, and Reporting
• Self-starter with ability to take initiative and meet goals independently
• Knowledge of or interest in the art and creative sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
