Nirvriksh is building a Retail OS for garment store owners to solve real on-ground problems like inventory leakage, dead stock, and lack of visibility into daily operations.
Most retail businesses still operate on fragmented tools or manual processes, leading to silent revenue loss. Nirvriksh aims to bring clarity, control, and decision-making into retail operations through a focused, outcome-driven product.
We are in the early stage, which means speed, experimentation, and direct customer feedback drive everything we build.
Role Description
Nirvriksh is hiring a Founding Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-ground role. This is not a traditional sales role. You will be responsible for building the entire growth engine from scratch, not just executing on leads.
Your core responsibility is to take Nirvriksh from zero to consistent customer acquisition.
You will:
Your work will directly influence product direction, pricing, and market positioning.
What Is Expected in This Role:You do not wait for leads. You create pipelines.
You are comfortable walking into stores, initiating conversations, and handling rejection daily.
You focus on problem-selling, not feature pitching.
You take ownership of numbers: meetings, conversions, revenue.
You build repeatable systems (SOPs), not random efforts.
You push conversations toward decisions instead of I'll think about it.
You learn fast from the market and adjust your approach weekly.
You operate without hand-holding or predefined playbooks.
Key Problems You Will SolveRetail owners don't trust software → You build trust through problem-first conversations
Owners are unaware of revenue leakage → You help them see hidden losses
Low conversion despite interest → You improve follow-up and closing systems
No structured sales process → You create SOPs from scratch
Inconsistent lead flow → You build predictable acquisition channels
QualificationsProven ability to generate leads and close deals in a zero-structure environment
Strong on-ground selling experience (retail, SaaS, or similar)
Ability to handle objections, ambiguity, and rejection consistently
Clear communication with a focus on business outcomes, not jargon
Analytical thinking to identify patterns in customer behavior and improve conversion
Experience building or documenting processes (SOPs) is a strong advantage
High ownership mindset with bias toward execution
What This Role Is Not:
Not a target-only, script-based sales job
Not limited to inbound leads or CRM follow-ups
Not suitable for candidates who need structured training and constant guidance
