Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Caller role located in Surat. The Caller will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, providing essential information about products and services, handling inquiries, and scheduling appointments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and supporting sales teams in achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Active Listening, and Professional Phone Etiquette
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Handling Client Inquiries
  • Basic Computer Literacy, Familiarity with CRM Tools and Ability to Maintain Accurate Records
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills, with the Ability to Prioritize Tasks
  • Fluency in English, Hindi and local languages is an advantage
  • High-school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory
