Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the hospitality segment, driving strategic partnerships with hotels, resorts, and premium accommodation brands. This role focuses on delivering bespoke furniture solutions that enhance guest experience and elevate interior aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive Growth in Hospitality Segment
- Identify, develop, and convert new B2B opportunities within hotels, resorts, and serviced apartments.
- Build Strategic Relationships
- Establish and nurture strong connections with hotel owners, procurement heads, architects, and interior designers.
- Lead Generation & Market Expansion
- Generate high-quality leads through market mapping, networking, industry events, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Solution-Oriented Selling
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with design and production teams to offer customized, design-led furniture solutions.
- Client Presentations & Proposals
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations aligned with client needs and brand positioning.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on hospitality trends, competitor strategies, and evolving customer preferences.
- Project Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure seamless and timely project execution.
- Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate CRM data, track sales pipelines, and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in B2B sales within hospitality, furniture, interiors, or related industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand design concepts, layouts, and technical drawings (preferred)
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project discussions
