About the Role

We need someone who lives and breathes the creator economy, can lock in the right collaborations, and execute campaigns seamlessly across categories.
What You'll Be Doing
- Finding the perfect influencers for every brief (not just the obvious ones)
- Reaching out professionally to secure collaborations
- Managing end-to-end influencer campaigns (from outreach → negotiation → execution → reporting)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, managers, and agencies
- Negotiating deliverables, timelines, and budgets effectively
- Collaborating closely with creative and client teams to bring campaigns to life
- Tracking campaign performance and analyzing what worked (and what didn't)
- Staying updated with trends, viral moments, and emerging creators
What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management
- A strong network of influencers across categories
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently
- A balance of creative thinking and execution skills
Bonus Points If You
- Have prior agency experience
- Can identify trends before they become mainstream
- Understand analytics beyond just likes and comments
- Have a mental shortlist of go-to creators across categories.
