The Sourcing Executive (Crew Recruitment) is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting qualified maritime crew members, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement processes for crew operations. This role involves maintaining strong communication with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the overall efficiency of the crew recruitment process.

• Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and manage recruitment data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and procurement processes to ensure fair agreements and efficient operations
• Proven experience in recruiting and onboarding personnel, preferably in the maritime industry
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of maritime industry standards and regulations is an advantage
• Education: Degree or relevant certification in Human Resources, Marine Studies, or related fields
