Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Sales Manager – Home Loans. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive the home loans sales process, including customer acquisition, lead generation, and nurturing relationships with prospective borrowers. Additionally, they will coordinate with financial partners, analyze client needs, and provide tailored recommendations. Monitoring market trends and achieving sales targets will also be integral to the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of home loan products, lending policies, and financial regulations.
  • Customer relationship management, lead management, and client acquisition skills.
  • Excellent sales techniques, negotiation abilities, and target-driven attitude.
  • Team management and collaboration skills within a results-oriented environment.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic financial software is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Prior experience in financial services or banking is highly desirable.
