Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and target potential clients across global markets through outbound strategies (cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, etc.).
- Generate, nurture, and qualify leads independently.
- Own the complete sales cycle.
- Present and pitch Salesforce CRM services tailored to client business needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized Salesforce solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably in CRM, SaaS, or IT services.
- Strong ability to hunt, qualify, and close leads independently.
- Hands-on experience with cold outreach and lead generation tools/platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in client presentations, negotiations, and objection handling.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a strong advantage.
