Role: Sales Executive – Real Estate (Dholera)

We are hiring driven, ambitious Sales Executives to join our growing team in Gurgaon. You will manage the full sales cycle — from first call to final booking — and earn through a high-incentive structure with uncapped earnings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads from digital campaigns (Meta Ads, YouTube, GHL CRM)
  • - Make outbound calls to prospects — minimum 40-50 calls per day
  • - Conduct product presentations via phone, video call, and in-person meetings
  • - Follow up persistently with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • - Update all lead status and notes in GHL CRM in real time
  • - Achieve and exceed monthly booking and revenue targets
  • - Coordinate with operations team for booking forms and documentation
  • - Participate in weekly sales team meetings and pipeline reviews

Requirements

  • 1-5 years experience in real estate, insurance, BFSI, or high-ticket sales
  • - Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
  • - Self-motivated with a hunter mindset — you thrive on closing deals
  • - Comfortable working on a fixed base + high-incentive structure
  • - Experience with CRM tools preferred (GHL, Salesforce, etc.)
