Required Skills & Experience
Core Skills
- Strong understanding of MDM fundamentals (golden record, matching, survivorship, hierarchies, data quality).
- Experience working with Commercial Pharma data, including HCP, HCO, affiliations, and related reference data.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Techno‑Functional Analyst in enterprise data or platform environments.
- Strong documentation skills (business requirements, functional specs, user stories).
Technical & Platform Experience
- Experience working in Agile / DevOps delivery models.
- Familiarity with data integrations, ETL concepts, and downstream data consumers.
- Veeva Network (MDM) experience is a strong plus.
- Exposure to CRM ecosystems (e.g., Veeva CRM, Salesforce) is preferred
