Job Description

Role Overview

We are hiring Business Development Executives for a leading online cosmetic & beauty products store. This role involves local market visits, sales meetings, and driving product visibility for Nykaa Super Store in the Karnataka region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop leads through market visits, provided data, and personal references.
  • Meet and engage with Distributors, Retailers, and Vendors to present products, conduct sampling, and promote offerings.
  • Execute focus product initiatives and ensure timely closures.
  • Support retailers and distributors with business development activities.
  • Track and report monthly sales performance and initiatives.

Requirements

Graduate (Freshers and up to 11 months of sales experience can apply).

Must be a local resident of above locations (within 20 km of the store).

Personal two-wheeler (bike preferred) is mandatory.

Candidates with knowledge of the beauty/cosmetics market will be preferred.

Male candidates are preferred for this role.
