We are seeking a full-time Senior Business Development Executive for our on-site role in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads through research and outreach, managing existing client accounts, and building long-term relationships with clients. The role will also involve developing strategies to achieve sales targets and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs.

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of business development and strategic growth initiatives
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet sales targets
• Prior experience in education, training, or skill development sectors is an advantage
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and analyzing sales data is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
