Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Brand Growth- Develop and implement marketing and brand strategies aligned with client and business goals
- Identify growth opportunities across paid, organic, and funnel optimization channels
- Work on brand positioning, messaging, and campaign direction
2. Performance Team Management- Oversee and guide performance marketing teams (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
- Ensure campaigns align with overall strategy and business objectives
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI
3. Business Development & Client Handling- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable strategies
- Support in client pitches, proposals, and retention strategies
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
4. Team & Culture Management- Ensure smooth coordination and productivity across teams
- Promote employee engagement and team retention
- Act as a bridge between management and execution teams
Requirements- Minimum 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, strategy, or business development (senior profile)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
- Proven experience in client handling and strategic planning
- Ability to manage and guide a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
