Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Jaipurr. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential customers through hdfc bank and building relationships with allocated branches, promoting insurance products, and meeting sales targets. The role includes understanding customer needs, explaining product features, providing recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Associate will actively participate in team activities and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Effective communication, presentation, and active listening skills
- Time management, organization, and ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Bikaner and adapt to a dynamic retail environment
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience in sales or customer service
