Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Jaipur, for a Sales Specialist at UFC GYM Jagatpura. The Sales Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as engaging with potential members, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships to ensure member satisfaction. Responsibilities include promoting membership packages, conducting tours of the facility, coordinating with trainers, and executing sales strategies to meet organizational goals. The role is key to driving member acquisition and retention through effective communication and professional sales practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to motivate and train others effectively
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
• Previous experience in the fitness industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or business management are advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-ins, leads, and membership inquiries
• Convert prospects into members through effective sales techniques
• Maintain follow-ups and build strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with trainers and operations team for seamless onboarding

• Prior experience in sales (fitness industry preferred but not mandatory)

Compensation
