We're looking for a motivated and articulate business development executive (Telecaller) to drive customer outreach, generate leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote skincare products
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and abandoned orders
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
