EduLevel is on a mission to democratise education in India. We leverage deep user research, academic literature, and AI to build impactful learning solutions that are accessible and effective.

About the Founders

The founders of EduLevel are IIT alumni with extensive experience in product, technology, and data science across startups and multinational companies.

Role Description

This is a Business Development role in the founding team. The selected candidate will contribute directly to EduLevel's go-to-market and sales efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with creative instincts and a hands-on attitude. You'll work directly with the founding team, gaining real-world experience in sales and early-stage growth.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives in ambiguity, and is excited about building from the ground up.

Must have qualifications:

  • Bachelor's from a Tier 1 college
  • At least 6 months of prior call-based sales experience
  • High aptitude and problem-solving capability
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter comfortable with independent work

Good to have qualifications:

  • EdTech sales experience
