Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Specialist who can convert inbound interest into
enrollments, build relationships with aspiring finance professionals, and contribute directly to
revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of education, consulting, and finance
careers, requiring both sales skills and domain understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads (LinkedIn, website, webinars, referrals) and convert them
- into paid users
- Conduct discovery calls to understand candidate background, goals, and recommend
- suitable programs
- Explain our offerings including FRM & CFA prep, Quant Finance courses, and
- career guidance programs
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and conversions
- Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign
- effectiveness
- Drive weekly and monthly revenue targets with a structured sales pipeline
- Build long-term relationships with learners for upselling and cross-selling
- opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or edtech counseling
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (calls + WhatsApp + email)
- Basic understanding or interest in Finance / Risk Management / FRM / CFA
- ecosystem is preferred
- Ability to handle objections and guide users toward informed decisions
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Good to Have:
- Prior experience in EdTech or Finance training sales
- Familiarity with certifications like FRM, CFA, or CQF
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Compensation
Fixed Salary (25K) + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives (5%: Minimum 10 Sales)
