Job Description
The Business Centre Coordinator is responsible for providing efficient administrative and operational support at the Mahindra City facility. The role ensures effective coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors, supports employee services, and maintains a professional and well-organized workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and visitor coordination professionally.
- Oversee canteen operations and coordinate with service providers.
- Coordinate transportation services for employees.
- Manage travel bookings and visa processing as required.
- Handle vendor management activities, including coordination and follow-ups.
- Raise and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Requisitions (PR).
- Maintain accurate administrative records, documentation, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies and procedures.
Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an Administrative or Business Centre role.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or corporate office environments is preferred.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Tamil (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
