- Prepare, review, and verify BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Conduct cost estimation and budgeting for projects.
- Review the RA Bills/ Vendor Invoices/ GRN inline with Contract and prepare recommendations.
- Monitor material consumption and control project costs.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for accurate planning and execution.
- Ensure cost control and compliance with project budgets.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
Required Skills:
- Potential Vendor connect and Data base of top suppliers across diverse construction materials.
- Strong knowledge of construction and finishing materials.
- Sound understanding of technical drawings and construction planning.
- Strong Quantity Surveying (QS) expertise (essential).
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to analyse costs, manage budgets, and control expenses efficiently.
