- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the designated system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product information, system updates, and process changes.
