Process Trainer || International BPO

Hiresquad Resources is urgently looking for an experienced Process Trainer for an International BPO Voice Process. If you have a proven track record of 1+ years as a Process Trainer in an International Voice environment, with at least 1 year of documented experience in an International BPO, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for agents in an International Voice process.
• Monitor agent progress, provide constructive feedback, and assess readiness for production.
• Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear understanding and collaboration.
• Adapt to rotational shifts and offs, contributing to a seamless training schedule.
• Continuously update training materials and methodologies to meet evolving business needs.

What We're Looking For

• Experience:
• 1+ years as a Process Trainer in International Voice (Mandatory).
• 1 year of documented Process Trainer experience with an International BPO (Mandatory).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for clear feedback and team collaboration.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational offs.
• Education: Graduate / UG (any stream) eligible.
