We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated BPO Freshers to join our dynamic Customer Support team in Marathahalli, Bangalore. Candidates must currently be based in Bangalore as no relocation is provided.

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle customer interactions professionally through inbound and outbound calls, ensure accurate information delivery, and provide timely issue resolution. You will collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and achieve performance targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls with professionalism
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
• Record customer interactions in the CRM system
• Follow communication scripts and quality guidelines
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve service delivery
• Meet individual and team performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of regional languages like Kannada/Hindi is a plus
• Basic understanding of customer service principles
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office
• Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts & rotational week-offs
• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / 3-year diploma
• Experience: 0–1 year in BPO (Freshers encouraged to apply)
• Age Limit: Up to 32 years
