  • A consultant 1 - 3 years with proven bench sales (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens) experience in the US IT consulting industry.
  • Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, sales, and recruitment process.
  • Ability to develop long-lasting vendor relationships.
  • Must have a well maintained tier-1 vendor list.
  • Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites, etc. to source C2C requirements.
  • Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation, and also need to have good convincing and closing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain solid relationships with vendors and clients and present Sunlight's hotlist of candidates to them for potential project placements.
  • Responsible for rate negotiations, RTR and RC's, Submissions, Interview and Feedback follow ups and closure of consultants.
  • Should maintain Tier-1 Vendor list.
  • Should apply to C2C jobs on behalf of consultants in all major job portals.
  • Assist consultants in submissions, background verification process, interview preparation and coordination with internal teams for a successful placement.
  • Stay in constant touch with the consultants to keep a track of everything.
  • Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities, background checks, references, coordination with internal accounting team and for timesheets, etc.
  • Ensure the target is met in terms of required submittals on a daily basis as well as required
  • number of placements.

Requirement

  • Basic Knowledge of Employment Type w2, Corp to Corp, 1099, etc.
  • Should have solid understanding of H1B transfers and have experience in placing both H1B transfer candidates and OPT/CPT candidates along with other candidates who are authorized to work in the united states.
  • Coordinating with the consultant in order to know their willingness with the requirement before forwarding to the Vendor.
  • Posting the resume on all job portals like Dice, Monster, and social networking portals etc. which are more available on the US location.
  • Submitting the consultants to all the suitable job postings on all portals.
  • Broadcasting the Profile of the consultant and the Hotlist of the company on a periodical basis.
  • Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups.
  • Reaching out for the maximum number of open requirements in the market.
  • Intimate the entire team regarding client submissions to avoid duplications.
  • Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end client interview schedules.
  • Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews.
  • Negotiate rates with the Vendors/Clients.
  • Taking care of the Consultants whether they are comfortable with the work environment.
  • alking to the Vendors regarding the performance of the consultant and the queries that the consultant brings to our notice.
  • Maintaining Good interpersonal relation with the Client and the Vendors.
  • Identifying potential vendors and maintaining a healthy relation with them
