About the role
We are hiring a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to market our bench consultants and place them on projects with direct clients and prime vendors in the US market. The ideal candidate has strong US staffing experience, excellent communication, and a proven record working with prime vendors and tier‑1 partners.
Key responsibilities
- Market and place available bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, CPT, OPT, etc.) with direct clients, prime vendors, and tier‑1 partners in the US.
- Source daily requirements from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, and vendor networks, and quickly match them with bench profiles.
- Manage the full sales cycle: requirement analysis, resume submission, interview coordination, feedback follow‑up, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Negotiate bill rates and contract terms (C2C, W2, 1099) to ensure competitive pricing and healthy margins.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants on bench, keeping them engaged and informed about suitable opportunities and interview status.
- Build and expand a solid database of prime vendors and clients, ensuring regular follow‑ups to generate repeat and new business.
- Track submissions, interviews, and closures through ATS/CRM tools and consistently meet weekly and monthly targets for bench utilization.
Required skills and experience
- 1–3+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / US IT Staffing (night shift supporting US time zones).
- Prior experience working with prime vendors and strong existing vendor network is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of US staffing processes, tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099), and visa classifications.
- Proven ability to market bench consultants and achieve strong submission‑to‑interview and interview‑to‑closure ratios.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), with strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Hands‑on experience with US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, and ATS/CRM tools.
Location and shift
- Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad (Work from Office).
- Shift timing: US Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM IST.
- Candidates comfortable with permanent night shift are preferred.
