Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US IT Staffing team. The candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, generating requirements from vendors and clients, and successfully placing consultants on projects across the United States.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC candidates.
• Identify suitable job opportunities through job portals and vendor networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
• Submit consultant resumes to client requirements on a daily basis.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the complete placement cycle.
• Negotiate billing rates and contract terms with vendors.
• Maintain regular communication with consultants regarding project status and interview feedback.
• Update consultant profiles and maintain submission trackers/reports.
• Work closely with recruiters and account managers to fulfill client needs.
