Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will work closely with consultants on the bench to market their profiles, identify suitable job requirements, and submit candidates to relevant client opportunities. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with vendors and clients, negotiating rates, following up on submissions, and coordinating interviews and onboarding. The role also involves tracking consultant availability, updating internal databases, and providing regular status reports to leadership. Collaboration with account management and recruitment teams is essential to ensure timely closures and strong placement outcomes.
Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Bench Sales practices, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and end-to-end Hiring processes.
  • Skills in Account Management, including relationship building with clients, vendors, and consultants.
  • Strong Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal interaction, negotiation, and follow-up.
  • Familiarity with IT staffing, US staffing, or tech consulting environments is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work with targets, manage multiple open requirements, and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfort using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience in recruitment or staffing.
